Mansell McTaggart Cyril Blake Team - Aged 55+, knock out, 4 pairs playing foursomes matchplay off handicap, selected by the team manager - Mark Davies.
Mansell McTaggart Sussex Golf Handicap Trophy - 5 pairs (handicap 7-13 and 14+) selected by the team manager - Robin Fuller.

Ladies Sussex County Team League/Knockout Competitions
Division One - Singles matchplay played off scratch, any handicap. Selected by the team manager Carol Duncumb.
Division Two - Singles matchplay played off scratch, handicap 14+. Selected by the team manager Jane Derrick.
Division Three - Singles matchplay played off scratch, handicap 21+. Selected by the team manager Jill Moss.
Friendly Matches - Various matches throughout the season. Teams selected by team manager, Mary Chivers.
Brighton & District Golf Society (B.D.G.S)
Founded way back in 1926 forming a competitive ''Alliance'' between our 4 local clubs, Dyke, West Hove, East Brighton and Brighton & Hove, and celebrates its centenary this year. Currently holding 8 annual events, alternating around the clubs with points awarded culminating in an end of season Order of Merit Trophy. Dyke GC are current holders of several cups including Wentworth Smith team shield and the Order of Merit (Victor Ludorum Cup).
Senior Cup - 3 Pairs Handicap Index up to 3.9 & 2 Pairs Handicap Index 4 +. Scratch Foursomes Matchplay against another pair from their category.
Intermediate Cup - 3 Pairs Handicap Index 7 – 10.9 & 2 Pairs Handicap Index 11 +. Scratch Foursomes Matchplay against another pair from their category.
Junior Cup - 3 Pairs Handicap Index 15– 18.9 & 2 Pairs Handicap Index 19 +. Maximum Playing Handicap 28
Mixed Cup - 5 mixed pairs, max playing handicap for men 28 and 36 for ladies. Foursomes Matchplay, played off 50% combined Course Handicap. To be played in Handicap Order
For all the above - Winning teams from the morning play for the Trophy and the losing teams play for the Plate.
Wentworth Smith Shield - 18 holes individual Stableford 95% course handicap for Trophy plus a scratch Trophy. Maximum strokes allowed 28. Wentworth Smith Team Shield 5 best scores from each club to count. Played in pairs with a pair from another club maximum 18 players each club.
Championship - 18 Holes Medal played off scratch for Men and Ladies Championship and Men’s Team. Ladies Team and junior Championship played off 95% of course handicap.
Ladies - 18 holes Stableford to be played off 95% Course Handicap. Max strokes allowed 36. Teams of 6 with 5 best scores to count for team event.
Captains Putter - Team of 8, current club captain plus 5 most recent available past captains plus current Lady Captain and most recent available lady captain. If no Lady Captain, then 2 members of the Clubs Lady committee. 18 holes stableford team event, 95% of course handicap, with 6 scores to count.
Victor Ludorum - Points awarded at each event towards an annual trophy (Victor Ludorum) for the top club.
Other Matches/Competitions
Friendlies - Annual games against Bramley, Hill Barn and Sonning Golf Clubs. Teams selected by Club Captain or a member representative.
Dyke Devils - Players 15+ handicap, 11 matches, 4BBB selected by the team manager Peter Faulkner.
Dyke Demons - Handicap index 5–15, Four-ball better-ball, 90% difference of handicap (best player plays off scratch). Teams selected by Captain - Ross Gaffney.
Academia (Used to be Daily Mail & Kyocera) - Teams of 5, Mens and Ladies teams play handicap matchplay against other clubs in the region. Teams selected by members representative for the year.
SLOGG - The Sussex League of Gentleman Golfers. Aged 55+, 5 pairs 4BBB matchplay, contact Team Manager Trevor Cheal if you would like to play or be considered for selection.
Seniors - Aged 55+ must be member of the Seniors Section. 38 home and away matches, picked from sign-up sheets
